Dill Pickle Dip
Posted by Donna-Marie Pye on
Pickle lovers, this dip is for you! It’s creamy, tangy, and fresh. It tastes like an easy, grown-up alternative to fried pickles with ranch dressing. Serve it with your favourite veggies, but it's killer when you add some crinkle cut or kettle-cooked potato chips!
Ingredients...
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/4 cups chopped dill pickles
- 2 tbsp pickle brine
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method...
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, chopped pickles, brine, dill and chives/green onions. Stir to combine, then season with a few twists of black pepper, to taste.
-
Sprinkle the top with additional chives, dill and an additional twist of black pepper. Refrigerate until serving. Will keep up to 4 days, covered in the refrigerator.
