This is the best meal I have ever made to date!  It was a doozy trying to manage the kids and do it - I made dinner (spinach ricotta cheese shells) for the kids cause I knew it wouldn't be ready for them in time. Thanks again Donna Marie - always love the classes - i'm going to have to check which classes i've signed up for next month as there are a few more that. I recently attended an online cooking class and it was fantastic! It was really well organized and executed, a great job by the chef and facilitator  (both working remotely in their own kitchens!).  For those of us not receiving the prep kit, we were sent an email one week in advance with background information and the  ingredient and supply list so we had plenty of time to get organized. The actual cooking class (close to 2 hours) was super informative, well paced and very interactive.  There were 2 different cameras over the chef so you could see everything clearly and a Relish facilitator  who monitored questions, camera angles and also answered questions. If you wanted, you could show them your own cooking and get feedback. It was a really fun learning experience and I’ve signed up for more remote cooking classes! Thank you Relish for being creative during COVID- it allows me to participate in your classes even though I live in another province!   May 8, 2021

I just love taking on-line cooking classes offered by Relish!  Donna-Marie is such an accomplished cook-incredibly organized, gives clear instructions, and does it all with such ease. There is even a chat room during the class to ask questions as you go.  The variety of classes offered is terrific.  Something for everyone.  I have taken several classes, from the lentil soup class to the Neopolitian pizza class, and am now enjoying the "Stanley Tucci's Italy" classes.  For a couple of hours I escape to my favorite country AND have a delicious meal to share at the end.  Paula with MP Tours is a terrific addition to those classes, as she shares her knowledge of Italian culture, wine and cuisines from various regions.  So far I have “traveled and eaten” in Naples, Bologna, (missed Rome…darn!), and next off to Milan to cook risotto :-).  All classes have been 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!   April 25, 2021

We just wanted to say that we really are enjoying your classes.  We never would have signed up for so many classes if we had to drive to your studio  We have had fun sourcing the ingredients and making stuff for the classes ahead of time. We are loving the Zoom classes.

The demonstrations were so informative and easy to follow, and Donna- Marie passed along her in depth knowledge and expertise to our group and was kind enough to be mindful of my dietary restrictions while doing so. The small groupings for the cooking classes give a chance to meet up with new friends and other faces that become familiar. The Classes themselves are diverse with something for everyone. Guest Chefs make things even more interesting. I've appreciated their kindness in accommodating my Vegetarian Lifestyle as well. The Studio itself is an intimate state of the art kitchen.
The owners and staff of Relish Cooking Studios are down to earth entrepreneurs with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Everyone is made to feel welcome! Their products are extensive and top of the line, though there is no push to purchase. Good products sell themselves.
I always come away with an idea to enhance my own love of cooking while feeling like I've enjoyed a gourmet meal and an evening with friends.

We HIGHLY recommend taking a class at the Relish Cooking Studio! We had an amazing experience! We gave one of their private cooking classes to our parents as a Christmas gift. There were 8 adults (and two 7-month old babies) for the class on a Saturday night. We did the Traditional Thai recipe - it was great for all levels of experience! They taught us knife skills including chopping, slicing and dicing of different foods. They explained all of the ingredients and where they came from and where we could purchase them to make the recipes. It was VERY informative but relaxed at the same time! They were a pleasure to spend an evening learning, cooking and having a good time with them!
