Grilled salmon with lemon has such a bright, fresh flavour and its absolutely perfect for summer! Because hello grilling season. We are calling this a "citronette" because it's a vinaigrette made with freshly squeezed lemon juice instead of vinegar. It’s easy to make, and only requires a quick grill time. With flavour like this it will likely become a go-to grilled salmon recipe!

Phyllo Wrapped Salmon & Spinach

This is the perfect dish to prepare for small dinner parties. It may seem like a bit of work, but once your bundles of fish and savoury vegetables are all wrapped up, you can relax. This is an easy recipe to double or triple if serving 4 to 6 people.

Smoked Salmon & Cheese Brochettes

Although this recipe originated in a cookbook by author Ann Lindsay for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, it was shared during a cottage weekend brunch by a friend and instantly became a favourite of ours. Its flavour and bright colours makes it the perfect way to greet the weekend or to serve Mom on Mother's Day!
