Frozen Fruit Popsicles

Popsicles are the perfect refreshing treat to enjoy on a hot summer day. With this recipe you can skip the preservative laden ones in the grocery store and make your own "good-for-you" versions at home. It's like a smoothie on a stick!


  • 2 cups frozen fruit (such as raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch salt


  1. In a blender or food processor combine frozen fruit, apple juice, honey, lemon juice and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 5 ice pop molds. Place in a freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.

Makes 5
