Braised Salted Caramel Peaches with Whipped Cream and Almonds

  1. In a 30 cm Cast Iron Handle Skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the orange juice, cinnamon honey and salt. Stir until the honey has melted. Add the peaches, cut side down, and cook until golden, about 5 minutes. Flip the peaches over and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for another 5 minutes or until tender.
  2. Serve the peaches hot or at room temperature topped with whipped cream and toasted almonds. Drizzle with any remaining caramel left over in the skillet and a pinch of Maldon Finishing Salt.
