For anyone who knows me, you know I have a  never-ending love of cookies (especially chocolate chip) and anything salted caramel. In my house, I'm known as the "Cookie Monster". That's why I'm often in the Relish kitchen baking up a batch of something addictive and appealing. Since it's my birthday on February 26 (and a significant one too), I am sharing a favourite cookie recipe with our Relish followers.
