Oscar Night Sweet and Spicy Togarashi Popcorn

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best. This sweet and spicy popcorn is Oscar-worthy. Today's recipe uses Togarashi seasoning which is a Japanese spice blend made up of several different spices.
