Relish Cooking Studio is celebrating our 15th Anniversary! To make this year extra special we are bringing back some of our most popular instructors. Each month we will feature one of our ‘Stars’ by inviting them back to our Relish kitchen. They will prepare an extra special meal while, once again, showcasing their expertise and signature cuisine.
TONIGHT: Who needs takeout when you can easily create delectable Thai dishes at home? Tonight, Chef Patrick Matheiu shares the secret of combining aromatic herbs and spices, along with seasonal ingredients, to create the flavour that makes Thai cuisine uniquely delicious.

Demonstration-Style Classes are what we refer to as our "sit-back-and-enjoy" experiences. This is a very interactive experience which allows you to chat with the instructor and ask questions, but you do not do any of the cooking.
