Italian Summer Aperol Spritz

Aperol spritz is a classic Italian aperitivo, or pre-dinner drink. It's the perfect cocktail for laid-back summer evenings, because it's bubbly, refreshing, and super simple to make. Perfect to pull out for a backyard gathering or a relaxing evening on your own!
Ingredients...
- Ice
- 3 ounces Prosecco
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 1 ounce club soda or sparkling water
- Orange slice, for garnish
Method...
- Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour in the Prosecco, followed by the Aperol and club soda.
- Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
Make it a Pitcher:
- 3 cups Prosecco
- 2 cups Aperol
- 1 cup soda water
- Orange slices for garnish
- Ice cubes
- Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice cubes. Add the sliced oranges to the pitcher.
- Pour 2 cups of Aperol into the pitcher. Add 3 cups of Prosecco to the pitcher. Carefully pour 1 cup of soda water into the pitcher.
- Use a long spoon or stirring rod to gently mix the ingredients.
- Serve the Aperol Spritz from the pitcher into glasses filled with ice cubes, ensuring each glass receives some orange slices.
