There's nothing like an east coast kitchen party to get your feet tapping and your tummies happy. So come and join us as you get a taste of Canada's east coast in this fun hands-on class. We'll walk you through the steps for making traditional crab cakes including techniques for handling shellfish and pan-frying. You'll also prepare an aioli from scratch, a classic summer salad and tangy shoestring fries to pair with your crab cakes. We've even created a special playlist from some of Canada's best east coast musicians so you can cook and dance at the same time. (Price is per person)
