Experience the flavours of Tuscany in this class full of Italian favourites. Relish co-owner Donna-Marie will guide you through the steps for making a classic braised winter dish - Osso Buco. You’ll also learn each step of cooking Creamy Parmesan Polenta from ensuring polenta reaches the perfect texture to creating the decadently creamy sauce. You will enjoy a seasonal salad made with fennel, oranges and our favourite Sarafino baked olives. For dessert, you’ll feast on our house-made olive oil cake. Price per person
