Springtime Wine & Dine Event
Flowers are peaking up from their winter resting spots and the trees are beginning to blossom. To make your spring days (and nights) a bit more perfect, we are showcasing some great spring wines along with some delicious eats! Join us tonight as Chef Cassidy shows you how to pair spring-inspired food and wine that enhances the flavours of both, creating a seasonal symphony for the tastebuds. (You will be sampling two white wines and two red wines).
Menu: Caramelized Onion Tart with Whipped Goats Cheese and Tossed Arugula, Gourgéres with Smoked Salmon and Dill, Confit Cherry Tomato with Balsamic glaze on Crostini and Crispy Salted Chicken Skin, Fresh Herb and Garlic Steak Bites with Green Pea Pesto
