Be My Valentine + Wine Pairing
Romance is happening in the kitchen tonight! Join us in this Valentine's inspired cooking class as you cook and sip to make this romantic meal! You'll start by roasting up a variety of seasonal vegetables before plating up a beautiful salad made with burratta, a luscious soft fresh cheese. Then you'll learn the key steps to building risotto - an Italian rice dish that is perfect for sharing. It will be topped with a poached lobster tail, that you will cook in a court bouillion. Finally, you'll create a dessert charcuterie plate that includes a cube of chocolate champagne truffle. Menu includes wine pairing with each course (price includes wine pairing). Price is per person.
