Chicago is not only about Al Capone! Don’t forget that this gritty city has become a contemporary culinary mecca. Chicago’s food scene reflects the influence of immigration, prohibition and, yes, some of its infamous luminaries. Inspired by their St. Patrick's Day trip, Relish co-owners Donna-Marie and Maria, will waltz you through a menu of Windy City delights. Start with a Prohibition Cocktail and finish with a decadent brownie – a classic dessert invented in Chicago. You’ll go deep-dish with a classic Chicago pizza and dip into an Italian beef sandwich with all the toppings!
