Relish Cooking Studio is celebrating our 15th Anniversary!  To make this year extra special we are bringing back some of our most popular instructors. Each month we will feature one of our ‘Stars’ by inviting them back to our Relish kitchen. They will prepare an extra special meal while, once again, showcasing their expertise and signature cuisine. 

TONIGHT: Paula Costa

 Paula Costa has been a Relish instructor for more than 10 years. Best known as our sourdough ‘Queen’ instructor, Paula’s favourite class is channeling her inner “Julia Child”. Tonight, Paula shares her passion for classic French cuisine as prepares some of her favourite recipes from this American icon. She’ll show you easy traditional French cooking techniques and tips for introducing the culture of France into your own winter culinary adventures with savoir faire.

Demonstration-Style Classes are what we refer to as our "sit-back-and-enjoy" experiences. This is a very interactive experience which allows you to chat with the instructor and ask questions, but you do not do any of the cooking.
