This Valentine’s Day, bring the food lover in your life on a romantic cooking adventure. Together, you will cook a sumptuous dinner and build lasting memories. Make pasta from scratch and stuff it with lobster.  These pillows of ravioli are then lapped with your white wine beurre blanc sauce.  Create a flavour-packed crostini with burrata and a contrasting balsamic-fig jam.  A bright, crunchy winter salad with oranges and fennel will round out  this very memorable and better-than-restaurant menu. BONUS: You will also receive a welcome cocktail and one glass of wine to pair with the ravioli.

What To Expect In Our Classes: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In this class you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. 

  • You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted above
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students.
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
