Our young chefs will be on the pitch this July, saucing it up at the Relish Culinary Cup. The Ground-Stage is the Relish kitchen, but Team Foodster will be playing the world.  In this all-new summer program, campers will kick-off against menus from countries that are competing in this year’s FIFA championship. The teams will tackle techniques and menus under the watchful eye of Relish Referees (aka, our experienced chefs and instructors).  Each student takes home a recipe package, a graduation certificate and skills they will have  for a lifetime.

Cost includes all food supplies for  their “own-made” lunch which they will eat before heading home. Space is limited to 12 kids only. Registration is full week only. Minimum age to attend is 10 years old.  

DATE: Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24
TIME: 9:00 am - 12:00 Noon

MENU:

Day 1 - Spain

  • Croqueta, Chicken & Chorizo Paella, Churros with Spanish Hot Chocolate

Day 2 - Argentina

  • Empanadas, Chimichurri Sauce, Alfajores

Day 3 - France

  • Croque Madame, French Salad, Lemon Madeleine Cookie

Day 4 - England

  • Bangers & Mash, Victoria Sponge with Raspberry Jam

Day 5 - Mystery Box Day

  • Kids will turn surprise ingredients into a delicious meal featuring one final mystery team!

This camp is not ideal for children with gluten, dairy or nut allergies/sensitivities. Some menu items are subject to change. 

Relish Cooking Studio recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
