Information Night - Sicily 2027

There are so many reasons to visit Sicily – the history, the incredible beauty, the food and, more importantly, it's the birthplace of Relish Co-owner Maria Burjoski. Relish Cooking Studio will be cooking and touring Sicily in 2027.  We want you to join us!

True to our passion, this will be a gastronomic delight for like-minded food and wine loving travellers. We’ll visit timeless villages, shop in local markets, taste exquisite wines, dine in unforgettable restaurants and cook in some incredible kitchens. This will be a small group experience, booked on a first-come basis.

For this adventure, we have partnered with Paula Stanghetta of MP TOURS to curate a unique Relish itinerary. Paula has been organizing European food and wine tours for over 10 years and was the lead for our 15th Anniversary Tour of Italy. Many of her past travellers describe Paula's adventures as  ‘The Best Trip You’ve Never Been On'!
