TEEN COOKING CAMP: Masterchef Junior (August 17 - 21)
Cost includes all food supplies including their “own-made” lunch which they will eat before heading home. Space is limited. This camp is suited for teen 12-15, unless they have completed one of our previous camps.
Day 1 - The French Kitchen
- Intro to knife skills, roasting, seasoning, basics of cake making

- Stock & soup base making, steaming, spice balancing

Day 3 - An English High Tea
- Dough making, pie baking, poaching, working with egg whites, meringue

Day 4 - A Tuscan Dream

Potato Tortelli with beurre blanc sauce & Ricotta Pistachio Raspberry Cakes
- Pasta dough making, sauce making, fruit puree, unique ingredient baking
Day 5: Mystery Box Day
- Teens will turn surprise ingredients into a delicious meal
This camp is not ideal for kids with gluten, dairy or nut allergies/sensitivities. Some menu items are subject to change.
