Sarafino Risotto

Our Sarafino Risotto's are so easy to prepare, simply add broth!

This small family producer is located in the plains of Vercelli, Italy where for almost 6 centuries rice has been exclusively cultivated. Everything from the landscape, flora and fauna to the culture of the population and local cuisine is deeply connected with the rice.
There are no added preservatives, colouring agents or flavour intensifiers like glutamate.

LEMON: 

Ideal Pairings: white fish, salmon, seafood, chicken, baked asparagus

Ingredients:  carnaroli rice, dehydrated lemon peel, dehydrated parsley, dehydrated garlic, turmeric

PORCINI: 

Ideal Pairings:  spinach salad, arugula salad, pork, wild boar

Ingredients:  carnaroli rice, dehydrated porcini mushrooms

SAFFRON: 

Ideal Pairings: braised Osso Bucco, roasted meat, sautéed greens

Ingredients:  carnaroli rice, saffron

VEGETABLE: 

Ideal Pairings:  grilled meats or veggies

ROSE PETAL

Ideal Pairings:  lamb, duck, summer fruit salad, and of course chocolate cake!
