This smooth style mustard has a medium heat with nutty and citrus flavours.
Ideal Pairings: meats, fish, charcuterie boards and as an ingredient in other sauces.

Salty and sour with a seedy pop.
Ideal Pairings: With meats and cheeses, the pop gives a sandwich or grilled cheese extra pizzazz. Excellent on its own as a side for dipping.
