APPLE: 

A medium ground mustard with a sweet apple cinnamon flavour. A MUST try!

Ideal Pairings: Use this mustard on the side, in sandwiches or charcuterie boards. Excellent with fish, pork, and vegetables.

Ingredients:  Sprouted mustard seed, venere white wine vinegar, sea salt, wildflower honey, macintosh apples, spice mix

BALSAMIC: 

A seedy mustard with a mild sour twist and notes of balsamic vinegar.

Ideal Pairings: With grilled vegetables, fish or by itself for dipping.

Ingredients:  Sprouted mustard seed, mercurio balsamic vinegar, venere white wine vinegar, wildflower honey, buckwheat honey, virgin olive oil, sea salt

DIJON: 

This smooth style mustard has a medium heat with nutty and citrus flavours.

Ideal Pairings: meats, fish, charcuterie boards and as an ingredient in other sauces.

Ingredients:  Sprouted mustard seed, venere white wine vinegar, sea salt, lemon juice

GRAINY: 

Salty and sour with a seedy pop.

Ideal Pairings: With meats and cheeses, the pop gives a sandwich or grilled cheese extra pizzazz. Excellent on its own as a side for dipping.

Ingredients:  Sprouted mustard seed, venere white wine vinegar, wildflower honey, sea salt, turmeric

LEMON DILL: 

The flavours of lemon and dill stand out with a nice tangy twist.

Ideal Pairings: Awesome with fish, salads and cheese. Stir into your egg or tuna salad for an extra pop!

Ingredients:  Sprouted mustard seed, venere white wine vinegar, fresh dill, virgin olive oil, wildflower honey, sea salt, whole lemon

MAPLE: 

Sweet maple flavour and mustard seed pop with a sour twist.

Ideal Pairings: All mustards are great in salad dressings but this one is our favourite! Also excellent baked on meats and fish (especially salmon).
