Chef Cassidy's Roasted Tomato soup, inspired by her own wedding tasting menu back in 2024, brought to life through delicious fresh produce meant to warm the soul. Perfect for tomato season, but also great any time you want a slight twist on the classic. Best served with a drizzle of cream & olive oil, a couple large croutons, and some basil leaves!
