Delicious Dim Sum
As friends gather to sample and share delectable bite-size morsels, it’s easy to see why dim sum translates to "touch the heart." In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll work alongside classmates practicing the steps for making perfect dumplings—from forming and folding to pleating and steaming. Chef Cassidy will show you how to make dough for wrappers and prepare delicious fillings for a variety of savoury treats. After mastering a few simple techniques, you’ll look forward to impressing guests at your own dim sum party. (Price per person)
