Lisa's Carrot Cake

Our super moist carrot cake is all carrots and topped with a delicious, cream cheese frosting. It's the perfect dessert to serve when entertaining friends or a simple weeknight dessert treat. Created by our own Chef Lisa, it's frozen and ready to serve.

Thaw in refrigerator before serving

Ingredients: Cake: All-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, grated carrots, spices  Frosting Ingredients: Cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, vanilla
