CHEERS TO 15 YEARS: Autumn Brunch with Anna Olson
Canada's Baking Queen is celebrating our 15th Anniversary! Chef Anna Olson will be whisking up a special menu to mark our birthday. She'll dip into favourite brunch recipes from her own cookbooks, and treat us to something special from 'Anna Cooks', her latest cookbook, which she launched, in 2025, at Relish. She'll prepare a versatile menu that includes a savoury breakfast cereal topped with pesto, spinach, and a poached egg. There will be a delicious seasonal soup and crêpe with a creamy mushroom filling. Anna will cap this amazing meal with a dessert that befits a queen! Far Breton is a classic French baked custard, studded with prunes. As Anna would say, this birthday menu is definitely "oh yum"!
