Tourtière
Our hearty and satisfying Tourtière is a great choice for your Christmas Eve or holiday main course. Made in house with lean ground pork and our homemade pastry dough. Add our Stonewall Kitchens Country Ketchup to serve alongside. Frozen, ready to bake
Ingredients: Filling - Potato, lean ground pork, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, cloves, cinnamon, salt and pepper, egg | Pastry - All-purpose flour, salt, butter, lard
Serves: 4 to 6 (8-inch round)
To Bake: Thaw tourtiere in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425 F. Bake tourtière in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 F and bake 20 minutes longer or until crust is golden.
