Chicken Saltimbocca with Marsala Wine Sauce

There's a reason this is called "saltimbocca" - Italian for "jump in your mouth". Two tender chicken breasts, Parmesan cheese and fresh sage leaves wrapped in proscuitto. Comes with a Marsala Wine Gravy. Fully cooked, just heat and serve.
