
Buttermilk Chicken Tenders with Thai Dipping Sauce
These kid-friendly chicken tenders are crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender and juicy on the inside. Each 1/2 lb of tenders is approximately 6 pieces. Just heat and serve in 15 minutes - they are fully cooked. We added our housemade Thai Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce for easy serving.
Ingredients: Chicken Breast Tenders, buttermilk, onion, garlic, salt, celery seeds, Italian seasoning. Coating: Panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, seasonings. Dipping sauce: Rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, garlic-chili sauce, garlic, ginger
Cooking Directions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until hot and heated through.
