So, let’s just bake!  Designed for young bakers, ages 10 - 14, this camp combines creativity with essential baking skills. Under the guidance of a professional chef instructor, our young bakers will learn the importance of accurate measuring, mix doughs, make flaky pie pastry, pizza and more. They will  build confidence with hands-on practise, discover new flavours while creating imaginative ‘bakes’.  All this, while developing foundational skills that will serve them for years to come.

Cost includes all food supplies for their “own-made” lunch which they will eat before heading home. Space is limited to 12 campers only. No exceptions.  Children must be aged 10 to attend.

MENU:

Day 1 - Easy As Pie

  • All-Butter Pastry, Individual Summer Fruit Galettes, Savoury Hand Pie, Pie Dough Cookies

Day 2 -  The British Pudding Parlour

  • Sausage Rolls, Scones with Jam & Clotted Cream

Day 3 - Oui Oui Patisserie

  • Financier Cake, Choux Pastry Tower

Day 4 - Bagel Me This!

  •  Everything Bagels with Homemade Cream Cheese

Day 5: Slice Slice Baby

  • Neapolitan Margherita Pizza, Stracciatella Gelato

This camp is not ideal for kids with gluten, dairy or nut allergies/sensitivities. Some menu items are subject to change. 

Relish Cooking Studio recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
