An Oktoberfest Feast
Celebrate Oktoberfest with a tasty twist on Bavarian classics. Transform pork tenderloin into crisp golden Schnitzel and dress up pillowy homemade Spaetzle with brown butter and fresh herbs. You’ll prepare a side dish of braised red cabbage, to keep things bright and balanced. You'll finish with a twist on Waterloo’s famous pretzels by making a sweet pumpkin-spiced version. Now raise a glass and say ‘Ein Prosit’!
