When it comes to versatile ingredients, mushrooms can't be beat. They're prized around the globe for a reason! They add complexity, consistency, richness, and umami to all kinds of dishes, everything from appetizers to side dishes to entrees. In today’s class, Relish co-owner, Donna-Marie Pye will prepare a variety of recipes for all her favorite ways to serve them—you might just change your mind and find mush-room to love them as much as us!

Demonstration-Style Classes are what we refer to as our "sit-back-and-enjoy" experiences. This is a very interactive experience which allows you to chat with the instructor and ask questions, but you do not do any of the cooking.
Relish recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with us before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
