Know Your Chef Knife (Jan)
Master the chef knife and it will become your most important tool in the kitchen. In this class, you’ll learn to hold a knife properly while developing speed and increased precision. We’ll cover knife safety and care, learn to create some classic cuts with fruits and veggies, then slice and dice a variety of ingredients to take home for your own stir-fry. If you only take one class, this should be it!

What To Expect In Our Classes: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In this class you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will work with other students around the island with your own knife and cutting board.
- Classes are 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students.
