Fluted Deep Pie Dish
- Manufactured of borosilicate glass, and designed to absorb thermal expansion of temperatures from –40 °C to +300 °C. The non-porous glass surface is easy to clean, and also prevents the transfer of flavours or odours while cooking.
- Simax pressed products are also hardened through a controlled process during which pressure stress is created on the surface, protecting the product from mechanical and thermal shock, and increasing resistance to breaking or cracking.
- Oven, freezer and dishwasher safe. As a precaution, avoid placing pieces straight from the oven onto a cold or wet surface.
