YOUTH SUMMER CAMP: The Canadian Road Trip (July 21)
Young foodies will be whisked across Canada, this July, in our all-new Summer Camp series. Budding cooks will explore the highlights of our country's cuisine from coast to coast while learning the skills that build confidence in the kitchen. Designed for kids ages 10-14, essential food prep skills and best practices for food safety will be highlighted. Our campers will execute challenging menus and techniques under the watchful eye of Relish chefs and instructors. The fun concludes with the infamous 'Mystery Box Challenge'! With surprise ingredients, each team will create a delicious meal from scratch. The student takes home a recipe package, a graduation certificate and skills to use for a lifetime.
Cost includes all food supplies including their “own-made” lunch which they will eat before heading home. Space is limited. Children must be aged 10 to attend.

This camp is not ideal for children with gluten, dairy or nut allergies/sensitivities. Some menu items are subject to change.
Relish Cooking Studio recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
