Ignite your kids passion for cooking in our 1-week half-day, complete hands-on cooking camp learning how to prepare a variety of dishes from around the world. Tweens and teens (aged 10 - 14) will enjoy creating delicious foods—from European specialities like Chicken Parmesan and Falafel Bites to Asian fare such as Chana Masala and Pork Pot Stickers. On their final day, they are treated to a mystery box of ingredients and will use their well-honed skills to create their final meal. They will go home with valuable kitchen skills such as kitchen organization, safety and cleanliness plus acquire important tips and insights so they can begin to cook confidently at home.
Cost includes all food supplies including their “own-made” lunch which they will eat before heading home. These important kitchen skills will last a lifetime all while crafting tasty fare that they’ll want to make time and time again. Space is limited. (This camp is not ideal for children with gluten, dairy or nut allergies/sensitivities.) PLEASE NOTE: Some of these menu items are subject to change.

Day 2:  Dim Sum Dining

Day 3: Italian Eatery

  • Homemade Pasta | Cacio e Pepe
  • Chocolate Meringue Cookies

Day 4: Inspiring Indian

  • Paneer Butter Masala
  • Chana Masala
  • Mango Lassi

Day 5: Mystery Box Day

  • Kids will turn surprise ingredients into a delicious meal

Camp runs from 9 am till 12 pm Monday - Friday daily.
