Looking for new, healthy ideas for easy weeknight dinners - we have the answer and we'll show you how! Simply using a sheet pan, you can create meals for two to eight. Simply place your favourite protein, surround it with fresh vegetables, roast to savoury perfection and dinner is done. We will give you lots of tips for doing some pre-prep earlier in the week, plus we will finish with a delicious dessert treat that's also sheet pan friendly. Great flavour, simple prep. It's a win-win.
