In today's virtual workshop we’ll walk you through the differences of seasoned, enamelled and carbon steel. From pan-frying to pan-searing and baking, learn the ins and outs of working with cast iron and carbon steel. We’ll share tips on what foods work best, how to clean and how to maintain your cast iron so it isn’t relegated to the back of the cupboard. Learn how to use this essential piece of kitchen equipment effectively so that you get the most flavour from all your recipes.
HOW TO JOIN: Once you register, you'll receive a Zoom invite about 2 days before the workshop. We will open the classroom 5 minutes beforehand, click on the link and you'll be in class! The workshop will last for 45 minutes with time for questions.
