VIRTUAL VACATION: Trip To The Dominican Republic
Since we can't travel to the Caribbean, let us bring you some of the food flavours of our favourite vacation destinations to life. Tonight we feature the food of the Dominican Republic, home island to one of our regular instructors - Sandra Valvassori. She'll walk you through the steps to making a fun, tropical dinner of fish tostados and coconut rice the entire family will enjoy. Learn to pan-sear white fish, properly cut mangos and create a slaw with any mixture of fruits and vegetables. You'll enjoy serving this all along with a pot of simple creamy coconut rice. So join us for a taste of the islands in our virtual vacation class. This menu is gluten free with diary-free options.
