Julia Child's Boeuf (Beef) Bourguignon is a world-wide loved classic for a reason. Tender, fall-apart chunks of beef simmered in a rich red wine gravy is a dish that is made best with time and love. In today's cook-along class, you'll learn how to properly sear each piece of meat for perfect caramelization, how to deglaze the pan, brown the mushrooms and thicken the stew with a butter paste. So join in the fun as you learn to make this time-honoured dish of winter.

- You will receive the Zoom link, Recipe and Equipment Information 1 week prior to the class time.
- Classes are fully interactive and cook-along, so you can ask questions during the cooking session. Feel free to watch and take notes too if you prefer.
