Cheese is one of the most beloved foods in the world and we are showcasing the world of cheese in this 3-part tasting and pairing series. Joining us for this world tour is Paula Stanghetta from MP Tours. On this adventure we'll introduce you to farmers, cheesemakers and shop owners that are as incredibly passionate about cheese as much as we are. We'll introduce you to some types, flavours and styles of cheese as well as new ways of making and aging cheese. Learn about some hidden gems here in Ontario including how various cultures have made cheese their own. (Please Note: Minimum Registration numbers required for this series to run).

November 21: The Great British Cheese-Off:  The UK is home to some of the best cheeses in the world, and is held in the same high regard as curd and rennet heavyweights such as France and Italy. Tonight we will explore the world of British cheese from Red Leicester to classic stilton. Jenn Whyte joins us from Wellington Brewery to discuss British cheese as well as leading us in a tasting experience.

BRITISH CHEESE KIT INCLUDES: 100 g selected cheese, Relish-made Chutney for cheese, water crackers, Red Wine Soaked Blackberries. (Serves 2)  Pick up is 12 - 24 hours prior to class from Relish Cooking Studio. No delivery available.
