Deck yourself out in green and get in the fun of cooking a St. Patrick's Day menu as we celebrate everything Irish in this virtual cooking class!

You'll create a favourite pub dinner of bangers and mash. Learn to pan-sear fresh sausage then create a delicious onion and red wine gravy to slather over the top (even the kids will love it). You'll serve it over Colconnan, a mashed potato and cabbage side that is the perfect luxurious carb to soak up all the extra gravy. We recommend serving this with a simple side of cooked baby green peas, but that's up to you! Finally we'll demonstrate a fun and easy dessert for you to add the Luck 'O Irish twist to the finish of an entertaining and delicious dinner. (This meal will serve 4)
