Tonight, join us as we teach you how to make Enchiladas (as featured in the Emmy-Award Nominated Canadian television series, Schitt's Creek). You'll learn how to create a sauce roja using dried Mexican chilies, how to grill poblano peppers, work with fresh corn tortillas and finally create a creamy chicken filling using authentic Mexican fresh cheese to create a delicious pan of enchiladas as good as any cantina. - You will receive the Zoom link, Recipe and Equipment Information 1 week prior to the class time.
- Classes are fully interactive and cook-along, so you can ask questions during the cooking session. Feel free to watch and take notes too if you prefer.
