Shakshuka is an easy, healthy breakfast (or any time of day) recipe in Israel and other parts of the Middle East and North Africa. It’s a simple combination of simmering tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic and spices then adding eggs to gently poached in the tomato mixture. In today's virtual class we'll take this one-pan meal to dinner heights since it's nourishing, filling and one recipe we guarantee you’ll make time and again.
