How to make the perfect vinaigrette, which greens are best suited to which vegetables and how to create a great make-ahead salad that can keep for days for easy summer eating. Donna-Marie is all about the fresh greens of the season and is ready to school you in all things salad. Enjoy the summer’s finest with this virtual cooking class dedicated to those luscious leafy greens, fresh vegetables and earthy grains and legumes.

Menu: Tomato Salad with Two Vinegars; Lemony Farro Salad with Spring & Snap Peas (Demo); Asian Shrimp, Baby Spinach and Noodle Salad with Miso-Ginger Vinaigrette

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: 

Food Kit includes: Salad greens, Vegetables (snap peas, radishes, green onions, tomatoes), cooked shrimp, Dressing Ingredients (vinegars, miso, soy sauce), fresh herbs, spices  NO DELIVERY AVAILABLE. Food kits are available for pick up only. Pick up of the food kit will be 2 to 24 hours prior to class. Pick up at Relish Cooking Studio (Food Kit must be ordered 2 days before class)
