Fall is here and that means Oktoberfest is too! Today, we're making soft bread pretzels - a local specialty and fan favourite for sure. First we'll start by making the yeast dough, then while it rises, you'll make a delicious sauce for dipping! Learn the tricks for giving the pretzels their distictive flavour including how to make a boiling water soda bath. Then we'll all have fun twisting dough to make the traditional shape of the pretzels - but you'll also learn how to make them into "bite, knots and rolls", all using the same dough. (These pretzels are not GF)
