You will learn to make buttercream for a simple filling, but we will discuss other options so you can create your own tasty variations. When you present these spectacular treats to friends and family, they’re sure to say “Ooh la la!”. (IMPORTANT: You must have a weigh scale and electric mixer for this class. You may wish to purchase the food kit as all ingredients are pre-weighed for you)
