Biscotti might technically be a cookie, but once you've had your first bite you'll remember how different it is from the soft chewy Christmas cookies you normally make.
Today join our bake-along as you learn how to make these twice baked Italian treats. Biscotti should be crunchy and crisp with a light textured result that is perfect for dipping into a warm beverage or sweet wine. First you will make a dough rich with spices, nuts and dried fruits (but with plenty of options to create your own mix-ins). You'll learn how to shape and bake the logs for the first round. While your logs are baking, our instructor will demonstrate how to slice the logs and bake for the second round. She will also demonstrate how to properly melt chocolate and show you techniques for dipping or drizzling your cookies. This is a good opportunity to watch and take notes. In the end you will appreciate all the work and become a biscotti pro in no time!

- You will receive the Zoom link, Recipe and Equipment Information 1 week prior to the class time.
- Classes are fully interactive and cook-along, so you can ask questions during the cooking session. Feel free to watch and take notes too if you prefer.
