Virtual Vegan Baking: Easy No-Bake Desserts
Learning to make desserts without sugar, flour or dairy, seems almost impossible - but not in today's class. We are joined by Chef Alyssa Cox, a certified natural foods chef specializing in vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, and paleo cooking and baking. Today you'll learn to create two luscious treats - Walnut Fudge Brownies and Lemon Coconut Bliss Balls that are not only sugar,grain and dairy free, but guilt-free too. You will need a food processor, but no baking required!
MENU: Walnut Fudge Brownies, Coconut Bliss Balls

About The Instructor: Alyssa Cox is a certified Natural Food Chef and a graduate from Bauman College in California. She has worked as a personal raw foods chef, a food writer for a national vegetarian magazine and cooked for over 200 people on one of the biggest Americas rock & roll tours. She loves to teach and share her passion for raw and vegan cooking as well as gracing her students with song while everyone cooks together. Music and food - could anything be more beautiful together.
