"What are these eclectic mixtures of Vietnamese dishes?” you ask. Chef Thompson Tran transports you to his grandma's kitchen rich in the cultural heritage of Vietnamese comfort foods. You'll start with a bowl of nostalgic and heart-warming tamarind-based soup, followed by finger-licking chicken wings. The meal wouldn't be complete without a bowl of his famous pan-fried noodles - coined "Thompson Noodles" by his kids friends plus a simple refreshing dessert people of all ages will love. Chef Thompson's serves it all up sides of his witty sense of humour and complete passion for the cuisine.
