Tonight we'll teach you how to make a gourmet Thanksgiving (or Christmas...shhhhh) for family and friends with a little pre-planning in mind. Learn timing and prepping with a 3-day meal plan so you can easily re-create this meal. We will even show you how to brine and roast a turkey for maximum flavour and juiciness along with some dynamic side dishes, a vegetarian main and a decadent dessert to impress the entire crowd.
